Sponsor a Dog Rescue Community Fundraiser

Thousands of dogs are euthanized every day in shelters due to overcrowding, or not demonstrating ideal kennel behavior because they become anxious from being locked up. If their behavior is not ideal due to being stressed, afraid, or uneasy to control, they get put on the list to be euthanized. It is our mission to save these beautiful animals and give them a second chance at life.

Play For A Stray raises money to rescue shelter dogs in need.  The money is used to pay for the rescue the dog, transfer it to one of our amazing rescue partners, and support the rescue partner with a check for $1,000 to cover the rescue’s financial commitment to the dog including food, supplies, medical bills, facilities, staffing, rehabilitation, and adoption marketing.

By sponsoring a Dog Rescue Community Fundraiser, you are helping to cover our expenses so 100% of the money generated at the event can go straight to the Dog Rescue Fund.
