Play For A Stray partners with local non-profit organizations who share our mission of promoting youth athletics. Thanks to our community sponsors, we are able to host Free sports tournaments to support one of our causes:
- Sports-4-All: Free sports clinics to underprivileged kids. No kid should sit on the sideline because they can’t afford to get into the game.
- First 5 Sports: Free sports tournaments/playdays for kids ages 2-5. Getting kids introduced to sports at a young age develops the skills, confidence, and passion, necessary to live an active and health lifestyle.
- Scripts-4-Sports: Free Sports Clinics for kids battling with obesity. Sports are one of the best ways to get kids active and motivated to leave a healthy lifestyle.
- Fostering A Love For Sports: Free sports tournaments/play days for kids in the foster care system. Every child should have the opportunity to develop life skills through sports!
- Adaptive Sports: Free sports tournament/playday for kids with adaptive needs. Our knowledgeable staff, modified equipment, and specialized curriculum allow all kids to learn sports through PLAY!
- Campus Heroes: Free sports tournament/playday to campus heroes. Participating local schools nominate students who demonstrate respect, integrity, leadership, teamwork, and sportsmanship in the classroom and on the playground.
- Game-On Girls: Free sports tournament/playday for girls. Sports benefit girls in many ways, from better health, to better grades, and better careers.
